Return & Refund Policy

At Vital Vision Shop, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of health-related products, we have a strict but fair return policy that balances customer safety with transparency.

Eligible for Return:

• The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging

• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

• The product is not classified as a clearance, digital, or final-sale item

Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened, tampered, or used supplement bottles

• Products returned beyond the 14-day window

• Items with broken safety seals

• Gift cards and digital downloads

How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@vitalvisionshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 - 30  business days.
